Paper 90# or card stock heavy paper 8-1/2" x 11"
Ruler
Glue 
Scissors
Tool to score paper for folds: the edge of a metal ruler, or a bone folder.
Cutting surface, to protect the area underneath
Circle maker or use a coin
A sense of humor and patience sometimes
